Windmill Palm

This palm resembles its shorter cousin the Mediterranean Fan Palm. Relatively fast growing, mature specimens may exceed 15 feet in height. This is a hardy species, and can take most any cold here. The trunk has a characteristic upside down look and is often thicker at the top than the bottom.
