Italian Stone Pine

Large round topped pine. Has moderate growth to 50 feet or more. Uses low to moderate water once established. As a young tree the growth is more of a bushy globe shape, in middle years the trunk is thick topped with an umbrella form of many branches. In late life it is broad and flat topped. Produces 4" - 6" long chestnut brown and glossy cones which are broad and oval.
