Philodendron

This plant is amazingly tough for a tropical looking species. In shady gardens, this monster can grow up to ten feet tall if it has something to lean against. The leaves on a well fed specimen can exceed three feet in width. The plants meant for outdoor use can also serve as big, inexpensive houseplants.
