My friend Susan has a wonderful garden filled with some of the finest Iris you've ever seen! These hardy flowers require a sunny location with well drained soil. Give your bed a good turning and work some low-nitrogen fertilizer into the topsoil 2 to 3 weeks before planting for a healthy, abundant bloom.
