Gazania

Gazania is a typical daisy like flower with blooms around 10cm across, closing in the evening or on overcast days. Leaves turn upwards at night. Gazania are commonly banded with color sporting a dark zone around the central partof the flower. Some types may also have linear petal stripes.

Colours vary from white to cream, yellow up through gold and orange, and into the very dark reds. Pale to dark lilac variations can be found as well. Flowers are produced on stems up to 25cm in length.
