This
is a low-growing, bushy plant with leathery, dark green, shiny leaves that are
reminiscent of boxwood. The branches of this small shrub begin to arch when
it is mature, and they open small, orange-yellow flowers. Their petals balloon,
as if inflated. An undemanding plant for light rooms, or as a hanging plant
in a bright location out of full sun.
Keep moderately moist in summer, feeding every two weeks. In winter, water rarely.
