Easily
thought of as natures lace, the fine, stiff fronds of this classic fern remain
an enduring favorite. It's graceful, drooping and arching fronds divide beautifully
into small, delicate leaflets.
Each long, arching frond can grow to 4-6 feet in length and is divided into
many narrow pinnae
growing alternately on either side of the midrib.
Each pinna is itself cut into a number of segments, giving the plants a feathery
appearance.
